Yet again I'm going to open swearing to write more often.
I actually do like this site for me its like talking to myself, and I love it!
I have been a bit busy recently, even as I write this I am meant to be editing some Golf footage of all things. Luckly it's not needed yet because i'm sitting at home in my living room watching the world go past. It may sound depressing but I'm loving having a day off.
When I got home yesterday I found a bird flying about my living room! I'm scared shitless of birds when their flying towards me and the thought of one in my house yuk!
I wasted no time in making myself comfortable in the sitting room instead :)
I ended up getting someone to go into the room and open the windows whilst I bravly waited behind the glass doors :) after an hour and half of opening my house to burgulars I sent someone in to check on the bird as I bravely came in when they insured me it was gone phew!
Well six nations are over and Irish history was made congrats must go to o'driscolls boys who kept me on the edge of my seat and made me completly forget that I was watching it from a Norman Castle.
Since my last post i've been in random places in Europe and doing random things it's been grand and i've loved every minute of it. I briefly stoped of in Andorra for a week of skiing, and I must say before I went there I wasn't sure if Andorra ski conditions would be anything special. Oh was I wrong, I loved my week there! there really was something for everyone on the slopes I havn't been to a ski resort were there have been so many snowboarders!
From just leisurely skiing around a few linked resorts I was able to witness multiple freestyle parks, A big air area, boarder/skiier cross area, A supervised childrens ski area with bridges and other features to keep them interested aswell as there being a downhill and slalom course open to the public and if you wern't confident enough to try that there was a lighter version set up on a red slope.
The power of the sun all I can say is WOW! I ended up looking like a member of the taliban just so I could stay out of the way of steaming sunshine!
On the down side it cost 2 euro 50 for a can of soft drink in our hotel but down the road it only cost one euro 80 for a full bottle of vodka or 5 euro for a bottle of peach snaps so...so long to the detox!
I swear I could feel my liver by the first afternoon!
I'll write again soon xoxo

Christmas without internet access cracking!
The next day I was driving along minding my own business admiring a giant christmas tree outside a church and just thinking 'that looks wobbly'. Next thing I know its falling across the road in slow motion only leaving me enougth time to think 'ohh shit!' before it landed on my car roof!
So much for Chrismas being a time for love, I got attacked by a church Christmas tree!

Reality Telly
I scream when I hear anyone metion reality telly, I hate it, well at least thats what I used to say. Times have changed and I have to say that 'Im A Celebrity' is not the only show I find myself watching. Im completly hooked to strickly come dancing but not the actal show but strictly come dancing it takes two. what a great programme and Claudia Winkleman is wonderfull at presenting it making it seem fresh every night, love it.
I love the real show as well I only realized recently that all the music on the weekend shows is live and makes it even more brilliant.
x-factor I dont watch well I do see bits and pieces but not much after the auditions :( I normally stop watching the live shows when Simon Cowell says the exact things I said during the performance. I do follow the show In the sense that I know who went out and whos who but to tell you the truth I think Laura should have won!
My favorite still has to be Im A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! I love Ant and Dec and Dec. Dec is so cute you just want to hug him...well at least I do ;).
My life isn't filed up with telly but it does fll in the blanks.
I've been asked to play ice hockey for a team in another country! I would like to do it but its a three hour drive and I live half an hour away from my local rink so it may look insane to be coming home at 3 o'clock in the morning then getting up at 7. Id probily die! but it will be worth it...well i hope so.
I wonder if you saw A drunk Kevin Bishop at the comedy awards last night? the night was calm well for the comedy awards anyway until the bottle throwing from bishop, but hey we all saw the lovly left hand catch. The English Cricket team should take notes.
xoxo

Goodbyeeeee...
well dispite posting a blog yesterday I haven't wrote anything fresh in weeks and what testing weeks these have been. Firstly my laptop crashed :( Being an internet junkie I could be randomly eating a banna and think humm wouldn't it be good to know the reason why I write with my left hand? before you know it i've wipped the laptop out and i'm soaring through web pages upon webpages. I hope you feel my pain how am I going to find out the answers to these must know questions?
Then sheer disaster struck...my I-POD BROKE. When I say broke I mean just stopped working suddenly and wont charge. Im pure ragin what am I supposed to do?
Any one whos been to my house would have noticed what can only be described as the big ass tree. The big ass tree stands out from the other trees since it is about four times their height and its also right at the entrance to the driveway. The tree itself was about four stories high resulting in a lot of roots which were causing a problem so it needed chooped down and by down i'm talking rid off. My laptop and I-pod broken and my favorite monkey puzzle tree gone its quite sad.
Not everything has been quite so depressing on friday night I went to to grand opera house to see a friend who was performing in a musical. I love music i'm known by some for my love of music but I really don't like musicals. I cant explain it I love live music and plays but mix the two together and I normally hate it. I did love Mamma Mia, dispite PB's singing in the movie, but that can be justified by the fact that the songs were popular music first. well it didn't come as a surprise that I didn't start a standing ovation at the end. It was quite good...well some songs mainly one about the devil and I would plug it but I went to one of the last shows. I think i'll stick to watching stand up from now on...well until someone emotes my inner sole again.

day 4 blog 3 shaken not stired
well yesterday started with a surprise the lovly surprise of SNOW! woohoo! It only takes one snowflake to have me remanising about skiing. I tried to drive to the shop to get milk without using my wipers to remove show from my windscreen but I only managed part the way up the drive before I went on outo-pilot and the snow was gone, well off the windscreen anyway. Theres nothing like sitting in a traffic queue to get milk for your cornflakes, but still it gave me time to look at the surrounding snowcaped hills and thinking to myself why cant there be enougth snow to ski? I saw Ricky Gervais' film yesterday I wont lie it wouldn't blow you away but it did beat my expectations of what it would be like. now having said that I might be a bit biased I love rickey Gervais, nearly as much as Jonathan Ross loves him! now i know your probily think 'ohh another office fan' but no infact the only episode I have ever watched from begining to end was the last one. I am however a huge Extras fan, particulary series two. If you take Ashley Jensens' character 'Maggie' and 'Alice' from the'Vicar of Dibley' you would be left with my sister.
I spent last night at a strange award style thing I say thing because I didn't know what it was about all I knew was I was going and thats that. I still dont know what it was about. I had one of those moments when I thought I should have stayed in the car a bit longer I was walking up the main street of this town freezing to death Behind what can only be described as a mob of 15 year olds with fireworks, great! what could possibly go wrong? I thought the best thing to do was stick my hood up and hope that they mistook my Pink knee length formal coat for an Adidas hoodie!
Getting home was worse, by now my car had frozen and it was the last one left in the far car park but at least it was still there! I always think of C.S.I. or Waking the dead or some murder based programe at these times a lone female in a car park deserted apart from her car and I screem at telly 'why you doing that you stupid c**t'. last night I would have screemed at myself.
p.s. this was written a few weeks ago then my lap top crashed and i only got around to posting it now.

here we go again
well day 2 of being a member of this site and thought why not write some more?
I didn't really talk much about the main purpose of my blogs but then again do I have one?
I plan to just talk about sports, life and the media. If you want me to blab on about a subject just leave a comment and im sure I could yap away.
when it comes to sports I just love them, I say them because I just love so many. My major sports at the moment are ice hockey, short track speed skating (without the need for lycra!) and badminton. I hate to say it but its coming to the end of my surf season. I am what most people could call a part time surfer. I g
et the boards out at easter and pack them away at halloween. Its sad but its all I can handle. The winter swells would drown me like a mouse in a bucket of milk! (can you tell I watched catch me if you can last night?) I just leave it to the professonals. I do still make trips to surfing competitions to show support but you wont see me competing in them anytime soon because that would be like a toddler in armbands taking on michael phelps in the 50m butterfly!
So im very sad to say my last surfing trip of the year is coming up at the end of the week I cant wait im heading to the north coast of Ireland which is one of favorite spots and im pleased to say conditions look quite good, hopefully!
The small photie is of me at Tullan strand in Ireland a few years ago. It's just such a good beach! look it up on youtube theres a good video called fundoran! (tullan is right beside bundoran)
The weeks looking good I have a lot of free time so as well as the surfing Im looking forward to a few more trips to the ice rink this week :) I got a new pair of hockey skates a few weeks ago, ccm vectors, I just seem to love the feel of ccm skates the past few years and this pair seem to be working because I won the Lyons Cup (timed hockey skills competition) during my second week of wearing them! Im prettie happy with the result two skaters had a faster time than me but had missed a gate so they faced the penilty hehehe. the funny thing is it was the same three of us who finished 1,2,3 last year but this year I jumped from 3rd to 1st yey!

< < My new CCM skates.
not so inerseting for you to read tonight but hey im sleeping here I played 6 games of badminton today against a really competitive relative who shall stay un-named for my safety!
xoxo speak to you soon.

My first blog
well here I am and thank you to anybody who reads this for helping me to break my blogging virginity . My first post! where do I start? what should I talk about? so many questons.
Basicly Its sunday night I was suposed to be at a friends birthday the plan was for a bunch of us to meet up go to a lovly fancy restaurant then on to a local city club. It all sounds well and good, how many students do you know who would turn down the opportunity to drink? but here I am.
Now don't get me wrong im not some twat who ditchs friends and im not some complete loner who spends every night sitting at home alone. The problem is I dont really know the person but we do get along, we sort of have to we're making a promotional video together but dispite the banter between us during breaks we have never really socialized together. Now we are friends who acept christmas cards and presents and all that malarkey from each other but I just feel we are too opposite from each other to be really good friends. Im not saying I have to have everythig in common with someone to be friends...but it does help.
The person in question never really gave me or the other two people in our break banter bagade any details of times and after much talk leading up to day she shut up about the whole thing this week with not even a text being shared about it. Maybe its cause im writting this sort of thing instead of clubbing! fair enougth I could have contacted her but I didn't want the same no responce that one ofher other 'friends' got. Apart from that a lot of other people I know are pissed about this birthday, who do you know who comes in one morning seriously demanding river island vouchers and insists that you dont buy her the very thing that she gets you every bloody christmas!
Its one thing to state what you would like if you are asked but to make a demand is just plain cheek.
well theres my first rant over I have plenty more where that came from and trust me when I say they can only get better!
